Discipline Policy

We believe that God has delegated authority to parents, pastors, and teachers to “train the child in the way he should go”, and that the child should render proper respect and obedience to God-given leadership.

When parents enroll their children in Fellowship Christian Academy, they give permission to the school to discipline their child, when and if it is deemed necessary. This discipline is always administered with firmness, but tempered with love, according to God’s instructions as recorded in His word.

In addition to the regular admission forms, parents are REQUIRED to sign the
Parent Consent & Waiver of Liability.
Students will not be allowed in the building without this form.

Dress Code

Preschool and below:

Wearing a uniform is not required for Preschool and below.

Kindergarten and up:

Shirts & Dresses
  • Solid color or patterned polo-style shirt or dress (for girls). *Shirts will be tucked in at the waist.* 

Pants
  • Khaki, navy blue, and/or black (worn at the waist with a belt). 

Shorts, Capris, Skorts, Skirts, & Jumpers 
  • Khaki, navy blue, and/or black (worn at the waist with a belt/must be at least knee length or longer). 

Belts
  • Any color (must be worn with all clothing that have belt loops). 

Sweaters
  • Navy blue or white uniform sweaters are permitted for use during the school day. *NO sweatshirts, hoodies, or overcoats are allowed in the classroom.*

Shoes
  • Closed-toe shoes with non-marking soles (no backless shoes). *Shoes should be no higher than ankle.*
  • Tennis shoes with non-marking soles must be worn for recess and P.E. classes.

It is our desire that this dress code will enhance our program as well as be affordable. 
All clothing may be purchased at area department and discount stores.

**Failure to adhere to dress code will result in disciplinary action.

We are utilizing Microsoft Education as part of our FCA online learning curriculum. Each grade is using Microsoft Education at different levels to correspond to their academic level
​(Preschool included).

We incorporate Abeka's video lessons into our learning both in and out of the classroom. Each teacher will use the video lessons at different moments throughout the year.
